It is available for all merchants regardless of whether you already have a Magento site, or are planning to build one.
Can On Tap handle complex setups like large catalogs and B2B?
Yes, we probably have more experience than anybody working with Magento and Adobe Commerce, so we are confident with all types of projects - however complex.
What is included in On Tap's Magento/Adobe Commerce upgrade service?
Once we have checked your code and begin supporting you, we'll immediately ensure that you are up to date with the latest security patch - it doesn't cost anything. Then we'll plan your larger upgrade to the latest version (e.g. 2.4.5 → 2.4.8), and when that's done your free upgrades start happening from that point onwards (i.e. to 2.4.9, security patches, etc).
What are the types of Magento upgrades and how often do they occur?
Adobe normal quarterly patch frequency moves to monthly in January 2026, and these typically include security updates (these are the "-p" patches, e.g. "2.4.8-p3". Then normally once per year there is a much larger upgrade, e.g. "2.4.8 → 2.4.9 → 2.4.10". All of these are covered by Evergreen.
