The client: TEMPLESPA - a 25-year-old luxury British skincare brand

With over 25 years of experience in expertly curated British skincare, TEMPLESPA has established a strong reputation as a science-led, luxury skincare brand that combines premium ingredients with cutting-edge technology. This results in a range of exceptional products that fuses hyperactive ingredients, rich botanicals, and vitamins, all designed to deliver the luxurious experience of “a spa wherever you are” directly to the consumer.

To match this strong brand heritage and product quality, TEMPLESPA requires an eCommerce website that not only reflects its premium image but also delivers fast performance and streamlines the shopping experience.

The challenge: Overcoming traditional front-end roadblocks

Despite that, TEMPLESPA’s default Magento Luma-based front-end website struggled to provide the level of performance and user experience required for the brand.
